As this was a non brokered deal and they made it seem in the press release that Rick took a big chunk when in reality 150k Canadian why the 100k plus in finders fee?  Nice commission! And lastly who were the other players and hold period?

Finder fees are in line with the other companies financiang. Cash is a blood for company. There is no free donors at the market in this business.

1,865m and change....If you pull out Rick's 150k you are left with 1.715 million give or take.  Couple that with the cash commission of 114,625k.  It isn't even a 10% commission or finders fee.  Someone show me where private placements are being done with better terms, please.  I order food and typically pay 18-20% tip.   Happy Friday except you skyfall.
