If fidelity is buying and selling through anonymous , that doesn't make any sense. If the purpose of this transaction is to bring the price down, then why buying? Just keep selling. Forgot to mention that as of Sept 30, 2021 there was only 97K shares shorted. That is 0.07% of the outstanding shares. (immaterial). So there is no need to push price to cover short position. If Fidelity has too many shares and wants to dispose them before TNY goes under, then nobody would hire basher to be here day and night.
