Thoughts on the Scotia 250k bid movement?

Anyone have a theory on why Scotia continues to move the 250k bid on a daily basis?

What's wrong with a little spoofing? Nothing to see here. Just updating the algorithms on my black box. Once the PP closes HFT's are going to buzzing like bees around this stock.

Speaking of Richard, I thought only one person calls him by that name? Additionally, you suggested according to your insider sources Richard was leaving by the end of January last year. Rick G is buying shares, your comment indicates you don't even know what spoofing is. My real name is Spoofy, FYI.

Spoofing Tinley's stock while the DOJ & SEC are sniffing around is risky. They're basically asking to get caught with all of the eyes on this company in the process of M&A. SEC & DOJ are actively charging hedge funds and traders spoofing and scalping. Article From Today. Spoofing is a type of market manipulation where traders put in bids or offers to create the false ...more

M&A was mentioned coincidentally after Jeff stepped down. The previous two PP's mentions Tinley's exploring potential mergers and acquisitions. There are "hundreds" of active eyes on the stock in the FB group alone.. Thousands of Canadian shareholders, not to mention other's internationally.

Whenever you start posting a lot it's usually a good time to short. Yes, the previous pp is already gone, thankfully a second tranche is open and Tinley has positive gross margins on the cusp of profitability.
Comment by cosinus180 on Feb 16, 2022 8:14pm
Of course the first tranche is already gone. Price was set by the buyer! No one else would buy in! Smoke and mirrors! A pig is a pig no matter what dress it's wearing. I've never seen a PP filled by one buyer and that buyer being the president and coo of a public company. Might also add ceo of the company holding tny by the balls! Wasn't that transfer supposed to happen in Dec 2021?
Comment by sneakysneaky on Feb 16, 2022 8:28pm
Lakewood is a subsidiary of Tinley, 100% owned with directors of Tinley on the company board ya bozo. Yawn................................. Tinley's had institutional inbound interests in their PP's before Cannabis legalization in America had bipartisan support the way it does today.  You haven't seen a l9t of things cosinus, you're partially blind and spend your whole life ...more

Switched accounts for this reply?Tny is a subsidiary of Lakewood until the transfer is made, end of story. After that, what will be the purpose or agenda for Lakewood?? Think about that one, stinky!
Comment by sneakysneaky on Feb 16, 2022 8:50pm
I literally smell like a Million, Lucky, you probably have never heard of the cologne........ It looks like you switched accounts from my perspective.......... Lakewood is Tinley, Tinley is Lakewood, Ted and Doug are on the board of both companies along with Richard, enough with the rah rah hysteria. My god you're redundant.

So what? Tinley trades are not under investigation....
Comment by MushLove on Feb 17, 2022 4:09pm
Yes they are, according to sources familiar with the matter. The probe, run by the department’s fraud section with federal prosecutors in Los Angeles, is digging into how hedge funds tap into research and set up their bets, especially in the run-up to publication of reports that move stocks.

I read articles but didn't see TNY was mentioned at all. "Sources familliar with the matter" is not enough to justify that TNY trades are under investigation. Anybody can use this phrase and say what ever they want. I am not saying that you are lying. But the statement like this has no credibility.
Comment by Cheeky6 on Feb 18, 2022 12:40pm
Nor does your opinion ! except to yourself of course...
Comment by MushLove on Feb 18, 2022 1:25pm
Dozens of companies are not mentioned, the investigations are ongoing, that's why! The only companies and people mentioned for the most part are the ones participating in these nefarious trading activities.
Comment by geodcan on Feb 18, 2022 11:53pm
Maybe they should be!!!  Tinley has had some problems and delays, no doubt in my mind but what if there are Fund Managers and marketmakers ganging up and manipulating the trading of this company stock. It's quite possible that what Tinley is doing right now which is delivering on its businessplan to get us to black ink, is the solution. I didn't invest in this because it is a flash ...more

..or maybe didn't dump those bottles??? Too much bull happened. No mm is going to bother trying to hold back a small two pony circus like tny. What were sales last Q??! Ya mm are on this for sure! Are you suggesting Market Makers only attack large companies with sales? That's a false narrative. Market Makers like to pray on the weak, TInley is a perfect target. Highly regulated new industry with little access to traditional financing. Easy Mark. Penny pinching adds up if you do it every day.
Comment by cosinus180 on Feb 19, 2022 9:14pm
Well said, tny is the weakest of the weak! Exactly what I'm suggesting. 190k in sales is my yearly pension.
Comment by Planetoflimes on Feb 21, 2022 12:42am
Agreed, I would assume they would go after the worst of the worst. The bottom of the barrel, sludge of the sector kinda companies, like Tinley. With average yearly sales that a highly skilled group of girl-guides could beat in a weekend. At least we can all agree of that.
