Cali Gov Signs 10 Weed Bills, Including Interstate Commerce

One of the most significant pieces of legislation that the governor signed on Sunday will allow for interstate marijuana commerce from California to and from other legal states, contingent on an official assurance that the activity would not put the state at risk of federal enforcement action.

Investors need to understand the importance of the bills signed by Cali & New Jersey Gov allowing interstate commerce between law abiding states>

 

All of these big MSOs are going to be selling facilities for pennies on the dollar like Hexo< ACB> WEEE> etc I said this would happen and some suggested building a facility in every state was economical< MOre like comical> 

Both the LBF & Blaze facilities are going to get extremely busy next year and going forward< especially offering more than beverages>

It could help to have interstate sales. CA to NV, CA to OR, CA to NV, CA to AZ being contingent make its easier. CA TO WA  could be a problem.  OR might want a tax for  crossing their state line to go CA to WA with THC products & beverages.  Problem could be crossing into a state where any marijuana is illegal. I think one can see the possible problem even if you flew

It's not just about tinley selling drinks in other states. It's also about companies in other states expanding to California, not just for beverages but edibles as well. There's no negative way to spin these positive developments.

Governor signs off oon 10 Weed bills just an example of how focked up the politics is surrounding this whole issue.  This is a conundrum within an enigma which is just a nice way to say that the elected officials are just creating billable hours by not dealing effectively with at least 10 issues to come to some resolve. This is only a small part of what is wrong with Tinley's.  I

I was out at the LB facility, I believe it was late '21 or early '22 & RG said TNY should be self supporting by 3rd quarter '22. I hope he was correct.  If TNY could hold there own and keep the doors open without constant PP or Blaze type deals then time will be on TNY side. There are about 60 million PP shares at as high as .90canadian I'd think that the PP people will be
