TO uplisting IPO Prospectus updated October 27, 2022.
Tower One updated their IPO Prospectus on October 27, 2022 and filed the appropriate paper work. The company is working with Maxim Group and is intending to update to the NASDAQ. It is their intention to do a reverse stock split prior to the uplisting but has not provided details as to the reverse split. The IPO date has yet to be set and it has not been priced as of yet.
