Credibility Urgently Needed Don't You Think?Why are the comedian and the fluffer on the payroll (options or fees or whatever) when they apparently have had the experience? And they are Ambassadors
of the company? How do you rate the comedian and the fluffer as representatives of the future for the company?
Would it not be essential to have experience and thoughtfulness, serious thoughtfulness.
This is not a team activity or a big drunk. This is serious. Really serious. But it can be a wonderful enlightening trip...so where are the people who are needed to help participants through the journey of self-discovery. Why not seek out Ambassadors who have guided participants who can share the experience for themselves and those they have helped. That is what is needed.
