RE:San Francisco Decriminalizes Entheogenic Plants and Fungi while that is a sign of progress, by not being made a legal product that means that it remains illegal for TRIP to sell any product. All decriminalize means is that any consumer would not be charged but it remains illegal for anyone to grow or sell any such product.
TRIP can only generate any revenue when the product is legal, not just decriminalized.
That is why TRIP needs to follow the approach of cannabis and find a strategic medical partner where the product can be legally sold under medical supervision.
The rec market is still years off.
