I love how psychedelics are all over social media! Experiencing these lovely substances/plant medicines has been an intriguing part of this reality as a human. I hope one day i’ll be able to navigate during the experience.

Interesting discussion and interesting to hear both those people talk about the effect of the drug they took - for a single dose! Personally I think meditation works but it can be difficult to settle down into it enough. The other thing I've noticed is very effective, but difficult because the pain you experience, is extreme exercise. I find this can dissolve the ego - it's a bit brute

Also it's interesting how music changes when we are on psychedelics. Certain sounds can really enhance the trip and give a strong sense of connection and healing. Psychedelics are the rocket ship to higher consciousness. Meditation is the escalator. The thing about psychedelics is that they show one what higher consciousness is like. They then use meditation to acquire that state permanently. It’s hard to use concepts to explain the benefits of higher consciousness vs someone actually experiencing it first hand.
