I believe its worth about 4-5M.  I think we will buy with cash given the PP.

From their November MD&A statement... way cheaper - looks like $1.8M CAD Company will enter into a binding agreement on or before December 18, 2020 for the Company to acquire all equity interest in SR Wholesale. The Company expects to pay 900,000€ (which is approximately $1,397,106 CAD as of the date of this MD&A) on closing of the purchase transaction, and an additional 300,000 ...more
