Todd doesn't know what to do with his cash everything is a failure and he's worried that if he spends it trying to make moves and he fails again the money will be gone and TRIP will nose dive to 0 cents.

Well, well if he maintains a very slow burn, builds what he has, and keeps the 27m in the bank, we will all do fine at these levels. The stupidest thing would be to go out and buy this or that, for high prices and no path to positive cash flow. He should be in No hurry to spend the cash!
