that is not going to happen for a while as it is a complicated process You can read all about it by going to sedar and opening the September 2018 documents

kim rivers holds 159,000 super voting shares which will convert
into 15.900.000 subordinate voting shares over time (30 months from signing)

there are are others with more shares than her
So on paper Kim has dropped about 70 million$ in stock value the last few days
lashout. Probably less than that
