come 2019 earnings next April.   My guess is. 200,000 patients average for the year  each spending 3.80  per day.   200000x3.8 x365.  = 277,400,000 US$

that should work out at 42% profit to approx 1.42 cdn profit per share
p/e of 20  leaves a share price of 28.59
p/ e of a more realistic 35  is 49.70

any money coming from  other states is a bonus...probably going to spend more than they make though
