Does Florida have a seizing proceeds of crime type law

This is an FBI investigation and crime so I would imagine any proceeds from that crime are a potential seizure, the questions is did TRUL benefit from activity caught in the FBI web. Big big concern for investors I would think!

yes in British Columbia Canada its basically guilty till proven innocent I wonder if this opens the door to a takeover, the probability of shadiness is clearly higher and if TLRY ends up taking over $TRUL I jump of a bridge (jk)
