Agree on bullshit. The question is with regard to the definition of "secured agreements". To me, that sounds like there is financing behind it. However (and I'll need to dig up the interview to verify), Galarza makes mention, to some effect that there is no cost to initiate. I'll check. Makes sense though, because the software is essentially open source to tie in with existing technology and infrastructure. So pricing will likely be determined by degree of use... Like Salesforce.com.
