ok guys chill the guy was not paid any cash since how long for being CEO and exec of TTX in last 24 months, how much cash he received? He sold 18% of his shares before receiving the results and has 82% still of shares. To me, it means he has 82% confidence the stock price will go higher. Chillax

fair enough. I can understand he may need $ for personal reasons and they have a small window in which they can trade. it just makes me a little nervous as a shareholder seeing that and questioning myself if i should be doing the same. If the results are bad (which i really hope isn't the case) then it would look really bad on him and the future of the company which still has a lot of

believe me, I also hate seeing a CEO sell shares whatever the reason, but in this case, I kind of understand. Some say it could also be to invest in a private placement. If this is the case, and private placement is at a higher price, than ok, could be good indeed. We'll see.
