I could be wrong (and i hope i am) but I don't see Tantalex managament having the professionalism it takes to close the deal with ICC. So it doesn't surprise me to see the delay.
It' also concerns me that after the delay was announced somebody unload a hefty amount of ICC shares at market price. It seems like they just wanted out at any cost.

In the meantime

Our 1 year anniversary is soon approaching.

Again, i hope my instincts are wrong and through the power of the almighty Tantalex (and its weasily Managment Team) are able to successfully close on the deal with ICC. Only then will the confidence of the shareholders be restored under a new nothing-to-hide management team.
