if you ask me withholding ANY test results is illegal. But you say witholding only positive results is 'illegal' which i don't understand. This means that the insiders can unload their shares if the results are poor. Also, where and who can draw the line on what is a "positive" result and what is not a positive result? I don't think even you can argue that they didn't find any lithium at all. The question is at what % does it become "positive" and they have to share with the public?
And what makes you think the ex CEO wasn't a dodgey fark at the time and trying to pull a fast one and now the new managment is trying to correct his mess and get things back in line.
