Any comment gimme?

Any comment gimme?The company website says they started construction back in April and should start production mid-July. Its now mid July. 

But they just put out a NR saying they only now just got a huge loan to buy the equipment to tackle the alluvial "deposit" ?! WTF?? 

Furthermore they had previously stated the obvious - they needed to conduct drilling to define grade, thickness and continuity but ... they never did it.

You can't seem to respond to any of that, gosh I wonder why?
