Thought I would take a look!And it does not look good! The whole Glencore thing is like a MOU sort of meaningless. According to the deal it is really not a deal ie one-sided only a deal if Glencore decides it is a deal lol. Look at the language! "Glencore’s satisfactory review of the PEA" and subject to Glencore' dd to their satisfaction.
DD is something you do before you sign a contract or do a deal not after so not much of a deal. Sort of like me telling a gold miner I will invest 10 million as long as you find 5 million ounces first and give me all rights to the 5 million lol!
