China has claims to it. So does AVZ. Other companies are making claims as well. Meanwhile, corrupt officials are at work. Bribes have likely been paid by many of the players, in my opinion. It's a legal mess in a tough country to do business in. More information will come to light. It's not easy to untangle.

In poor countries they call them bribes in rich countries they call them political favours or new contract awards.or donations,it's quite obvious you make no contribution to society by the amount of time you spend on these boards .do us all a favor and stfu.

TTX must adhere to Canadian and DRC law. It's a Canadian company with operations in the DRC. If they enter into corrupt practices in the DRC they may be held accountable in Canada. Eric got in trouble in the DRC already. I would not be surprised if he is being investigated for the same in Canada. You should hold your CEO to a higher standard.
