Almost 1BILLION shares outstanding!!!
Another Private Placement. This time 117,090,857 shares are being offerd at a price of 3,5 cents per share. Tantalex after this placement is complete will have approx. 1 BILLION shares outstanding. Next will be the share consolidation of at least 1 new share for each 10 old shares. Once again the small shareholder will be consolidated out of exsistence? No wonder it appears the share price is being held down? No wonder the share price did not move when the company announced recently that it was a producer of a commodity selling at near record highs? This may be great news if you are a large shareholder , but it can not get much worse for you if you are a small shareholder? When is the company expecting this part to improve the capacity of the Tin plant? Go luck to all shareholders , especially the small shareholders who also need to pray , if they hope to expect any chance of getting their money back!!!
