What’s The Plan For Security?

What is TTX doing to protect its workers at the tin and tantalum plant? Rebel groups are interfering with precious metal company operations. And they are robbing Chinese nationals. Tin and tantalum are valued commodities, but subject to risk in DRC, seeming how Dodd Frank demands that minerals be traceable and conflict free - from mine to market sale

Its not clear that the plant is even operating.  I'm guessing it isn't and they just yet again "forgot" to tell folks.

Looks like it's ramp up only. They are not producing tin and tantalum at an economically significant levels yet is my guess. Nothing but problems.
