RE:RE:RE:Financials and outlook Divot, I want to set the record straight on this. I believe sunshine is the best disinfectant. I have no problem talking about this.
That salary that you refer to, is not for being a part-time director. That was my salary as Managing Director and Chief Engineer of NOVAerial. This was a full-time job for me. Beyond full-time. I was, no exaggeration, working 10-12 hours per day, 5 days a week, and many many weekends. This would be confirmed by any of my former employees. I worked a period of about 3 years taking no vacation at all, I worked Christmas Day, building NOVAerial. The salary you are quoting only started in 2018, after we moved the company to Ottawa and began taking on employees. This salary was entirely reasonable for an experienced engineer in this market area. Previous to that I was only drawing $80k per year (confirmed by the $20k 2017 number which represents from Aug 1st acquisition to Oct 31st fiscall year-end), which was the minimum amount I could possibly draw to support a modest lifestyle. The year prior to that, I only took about $50k out of the company.
I effectively earned nothing for my role as Director, and benefited from no share based compensation. And I did in fact buy additional shares on the open market, with real cash out of my jeans.
I'm a hard working man of very high integrity. Please don't besmirch my reputation.
