What company needs this much management?

A look at the recent financial statements reveals that they have a CEO - Michael Burns at a salary of $180,000, a President - James Rogers at a salary of $150,000 and a COO - Andrew Male at a salary of $150,000. All I can say is wow. That a lot of money for a small company and the organizational chart must look ridiculous. A straight line down. Good luck to all longs.

Are you including all of the consulting fees funnelled into their private companies as well? We really got played here imho but not surprised. Look at how the other companies some of these guys are or have been involved.. Get rid of this damn CEO already. What a waste of a great opportunity for us shareholders. It's worse than that. From the last financials it appeared that roughly 50% of all personnel expenses were for just those 3 guys. And and least two of them had other jobs at the same time!

Looks like the management may not give a hoot about the scrutiny they receive about funneling all those consulting fees into their personal private companies.
