I was trying to figure out the exact details of this loan. I saw something with 11% interest? Do you know exact details? I use Namesilo for my domains, once they get this loan out of the way they should be ok but thats why I'm trying to figure out the exact deal and how it impacts their finances.

a large shareholder seems to be connected to the loan (Gabriele Miss) so you can assume it is flexible hands.  However, with this whole pandemic happening, people may be less lenient and want their cash back.  The outcome of this loan renegotiation is a big question that remain for URL...  I assume a potential extension is on the table.

I believe GM is flexible. Look at IPA where he held similar and it was resolved. Speaking of IPA, URL can sell off some IPA shares to pay off the loan.
