My take
2 million in cash LOL Yeah they can do tons at Madison
12+ Million to expand findings at Palmer. The stock is $.165 US after far more money spent at Palmer last year
Strategic partners at Tuscarora and Gooseberry: Good luck there
Dilution coimng after this year and Palmer's plan will not signifantly raise stock price unless copper hits $5
BTW notice how Eric, the chief geologist, who used ot be part of these presentations, is now no where to be found
