If you look at my post history, over the summer I focused most of my attention on Florida and it paid off nicely with TRUL breaking out and LHS + BWEL getting deals. I think Arizona is shaping up to be just as attractive and successful operators like VEXT are great acquisition targets. Liquidity is an issue, which is why the stock has been beat up so much lately. However, it won't take much volume to move higher.
