RE:RE:Worse than I thoughtUhh... what?
I certainly am concerned about earnings, as I am a shareholder (as are you, I assume).
I'm not trying to 'scare' anyone about anything. What I am doing is raising legitimate concerns that have arisen about a company that I am invested in. That you don't have any counter-arguments to refute what I've said says more about you than it does about me.
Quick question for you to answer. If all cannabis stocks are in the tank, which I have to assume is your explanation for the depressed VIBE share price, then you are asserting that VIBE is inherently worth more than its current share price (perhaps it is, I'm having trouble determining this). If so, why would management choose THIS moment to seek a private placement? I'll help you out with the possibilities:
1) They are in desperate need of cash to continue operations and this was one option of getting it, despite the share price being down;
2) Some investor saw an opportunity to get shares in a lump sum at a depressed price (without driving up the share price had they bought on the open market) and management agreed to it (thus screwing existing shareholders through dilution);
3) Combination of 1 & 2
These issues should be of concern to EVERY shareholder. Of course, it's possible and likely that I've missed another option, so I'm always open to suggestions.
I'm really trying to have an honest dialogue about this company. Sadly, there doesn't seem to be anyone else out there interested as well.
Merry Christmas
