RE:RE:RE:Perlmutter

RE:RE:RE:Perlmutter I agree that facts are very important. Let's recap some of your claims over the past few weeks and dig to find the factual gems:

"To busy counting cash they made through shell company in Cayman Islands when they sold a ton of stock in February."
"Vibes stock price is being manipulated every other mso is nearing March 2020 lows but a company operating in the worst market in the world is at 10xs it's March 2020 low.Real price 6 cents."
"This thing is a dead ticker management artificially keeping price up nobody buying this junk.Open market 3 cents per share get out while you can."
"This thing is a total scam by a former Domino's pizza manager."
"I guarantee investors have been diluted down to nothing"
"
Nobody buying such low volume management buys any shares to artificially keep price up."
"
This thing is a low volume pump and dump"
"
If safe banking doesn't remain in the negotiated version of Chuck's China bill you will lose every penny you have in this stock."

So to summarize your 'facts': The company is complete fraudulent scam in which management is releasing doctored/false quarterly reports. The company officers have a secret Cayman Island account that they use to funnel out money. There are actually millions more shares outstanding than anyone realizes as were have been diluted to $0. Management is spending their own money to buy shares in a company that they know is almost worthless, to prop it up for an as-yet unknown purpose. The actual value of the company is $0.03... uh, it's $0.06.

Wow, good thing there aren't any opinions in there.

Look, I'm no pie-in-the-sky company promoter. I've made my views and opinions known and have legitimate concerns about this company. Beacon's price target was ridiculous, everyone knows that. Just as that call was crazy optimism, your viewpoint is crazy pessimism. What your agenda is, I have no idea. Angry former Convalo share holder? Fired employee from one of their shops? Who knows.

If you have anything constructive to provide regarding actual data, I'm all ears. My only question is, was that Domino's franchise a money-maker?

By the way, isn't 'a low volume pump and dump' an oxymoron? Where exactly is the 'pump'??
