Nice changes coming to Cali in 2022

More than a dozen California cities are opening new recreational cannabis licensing opportunities this year, either by embracing the legal marijuana industry for the first time or by increasing the number of available business permits.

Several other cities, meanwhile, are laying the groundwork for new markets down the road by drafting and/or developing cannabis ordinances.

Of the 30 or so cannabis bills proposed in California in 2021, nearly a dozen were signed into law. Another really good potential change is the 30th June when provisiional licences will end.  Anyone wanting to enter the Cali market will either have to buy an annual licence, or purchase an existing company.  We have to be an attractive option.
