I suggested ages ago this just very well may test a penny and it is certainly drawing nearer..... It became apparent to me when the market rolled over and these guys couldn't raise funds the obvious choice is a rollback on the shares followed by a PP.. buy low sell high.. i welcome a penny... and if it tested .005 we add even more.... all part of the restructuring. even a shell has value....

my guess is they do a 5:1 rollback and a 5ct PP ...
