I see a pattern here of rollbacks... How else do you raise cash in a market that is under pressure. I am not saying it will happen here but it most definetly will not surprise me.. Let the price drift down and do a 5:1 rollback for 7ct PP... only time will tell.. It may be a long summer. neither long nor short this play... just an observation..

such is the market these days.... will she bottom at a penny ?? perhaps.. the bigger question is will she get a 5:1 ROLLBACK? If she does one can expect the bottom to be a penny or thereabouts... I will be a buyer if she gets low enough...

I don't know anyone in this company, but my guess the Press Release that is coming is this, "to bring shareholder value to VR shareholders, the Board has decided to consolidate the outstanding shares 1:10, thus allowing the company to raise capital and continue with the exciting Lithium property at Smokey" How is that, let's see if it is true. what you have posted is the typical situation on the venture.. its fun while the going is good until it isnt.. the MM runs these plays up.. spins a story, shorts the plays after exiting and propping it up as they sell it off to retail... once they bake it they cover the short often thru a PP, and the rollbacks are to complete the cycle every 5years or thereabouts... its basically an ATM...

Stockmoves, I agree, as one of my older stock buddies used to say, the stock market can be a very humbling experience when one is loosing... I'd be surprised if anything else happens, you know what they say, suck it up and move on.
