94796-9190=2896. That was Q4 software revenue!!! I expect SP will go single digit after Q2 report.

@mingzhu Actually license revenue for first 9 months in 2021 was $163,986. License revenue in Q3 alone was $94,796 That means license revenue in Q4 was $94,796 - $163,986 = -$69,190 A SaaS company that lost SaaS revenue in Q4 2021! In the last few interviews Jay kept mentioning how Q4 revs had more than doubled from Q3 revs. Reality was very different (even if you were able to recognize 400k of ...more

Is it the same intel team that hasn't been able to drive any commercial outcomes for VSBLTY so far? And if the team has lucrative projects, why would intel spin out the team? And why would intel give up a big portion of future profits for $4 to $5 Mill in equity participation from the likes of VSBLTY/RADARAPP/HCL etc? It would have been cheaper for intel to invest a few million from their ...more

I agree with these concerns. Optimistic case is vsby has tech Intel wants.

Yes the smell test. How correct you are. Intel just wants their name attached to this like all other technology companies that exist out there everybody seems to be their partner. So many technology companies say their Intel partners when all it is is a few marketing dollars. I would hope that those investors take a close look at the insidious relationship of some of these partners. These guys ...more

Intel doesnt really have their name attached to this at all. AustinGIS put out a news release through a paid PR entity. It was framed as "a spin out from intel". It wasn't intel news. intel wasnt mentioned as a partner. intel wasnt mentioned as an investor. Management is ex intel, but that doesnt mean its supported or sponsored by intel.

AustinGIS Owners :  HCL 13.9%, TechMahindra 13.8%, VSBY 10%, Radar 12.3% and INTEL 50%.  Intel ownership % news will be released soon.  (That's my opinion ).
