RE:Agis taking over How?
VSBLTY has 2 problems. A cash flow problem and a more fundamental business problem. If you were to take this at face value, and you were to assume that AGIS has the funds to support a rollout, this could try and minimize VSBLTY's cash flow problem (no money coming in from Winkle).
But the challenge that still remains is:
a) Winkle revenue for Q1 was $1,722.. so no uptake from Modelo
b) AGIS is formed by Tech Mahindra and HCS... both firms that have been "deployment partners" for atleast 3 quarters. If those teams were not able to deploy, how will they magically start deploying under the AGIS banner?
c) Was the rollout slow because AB InBev did not have cash to support the roll out?
d) Or does AB InBev see very little value in this?
The story around this deployment has changed many times in the last year, with fundamental questions still not being addressed.
In terms of security deployments, Energetika was supposed to have generated $10 Mill in revenues by now. Did they even get to a few hundred thousand deployments?
Has anyone actually seen any of these deployments?
Admittedly, this is a genius move on Jay's part. He gets to kick the ball for another 2 to 3 quarters.
Given the early release of financials and this fluffy NR, I would imagine you will see another equity placement before the end of the month or so (so much for no further dilution).
