Where's the beef

I may date myself with the subject line but if those two old gals were investing here in Vsblty they well very much be asking the same question today. Another big announcement after sweeping their incompetence on the business side of timely filings and shareholder transparency . I'm afraid this is going to hurt. 30 million gone and only a bucket of news releases.

News about the delay in FY21 financials wasn't released until late on May 2nd. I mean you must have known you weren't going to meet the deadline. Why not share it earlier. And the news isn't posted on VSBLTY's website (https://vsblty.net/news/) But the fluffy news from today, is on the website. I mean its an agreement between VSBLTY and one of your own JV/sub... Very convenient ...more

How Bad? Well it's anybody's guess at this point. What doesn't make sense here is the fact the company must file a late filing form with SEC which lays out delay, this seems to be absent. We hear a excuse of translation however I might add that typical delays on audited financials are usually mergers and acquisitions or the auditors will not sign off documents. Why is the form for ...more

Why can't it be complexity of jvs and translation?
Comment by MakingSense on May 04, 2022 3:09pm
Doubtful really, being that the basis of this occasion is waiting for the answers from independent auditors on the accounting of the company are transparent and true. Many months have passed to have had translation done. Merger or acquisition are doubtful as share activity would be greater. Nope, Houston we have a problem.

Is VSBLTY the only company dealing with JVs/Translation? Or is VSBLTY management team so incompetent that they can't even deal with JVs/Translation etc in a timely manner? And why the severe lack of accountability for shareholders, where the delay gets announced a few hours after market close on the day financials were due? And in keep with the lack of transparency, why not post the news ...more

They were behind on installs due to covid etc. But we all saw hardware sales. CEO said 2x revs compared to previous revenue. Fins will show if any revenue was generated since then.

Didnt Jay say they were able to deal with covid a lot better because of their relationship with Intel etc? So what is it.. covid impacted them negatively, or not? Hardware revenue for a company that wants to be valued at SaaS multiples? We should be demanding better than this. Hardware revenue driven by selling screens/cameras to your other JV partners? Are there any margins on this, or just ...more

Yeah, Mexico, what doesn't make sense here it's with all this excitement in Mexico with installs happening they're just doesn't seem to be a cell phone with a camera around. Surely one of these installs would have had a picture posted somewhere by now maybe even on their website. But no, no pics no videos. I mean all this wizz Bang camera security software we can't even get a ...more

Looks like Jay has a partner that will tag team all the shareholders on here. So now you're invested in two companies that have basically zero sales. But oh boy the potential. I see the market makers have been busy today keeping it over 50 cents. Echelon must be rubbing their hands with Glee well they get ready to dilute you and enrich themselves. Shareholders to bag holders

Let's say his statement that covid didn't impact us that much is an exaggeration. It did impact them but it could have been worse. More importantly, hardware revenue could precede software revenue so this isn't crazy. Late maybe, but not crazy. The next fins may have the sass revenue. Then it confirms it was just a result of delays. Mexico is a good point. Bullish case is will appear ...more

COVID is a legitimate reason for profomance, however on one of the last promotion roundtable with Intel guy to the brewery reps body language said it all. No contract coming here. 5 days are up today, no filings then suspension Monday. Might want to call the puppet masters over at echelon wealth to ask what to they're planning next.

Do you trust anything Jay says? Or is everything an exaggeration. Remember Jay has been completely off on financials, every single quarter. He has also been talking about multi million dollar SaaS revenue since 2019, then again in August 2020, then in 2021 etc.. Pre covid, during covid etc.. And if majority of the revenue last quarter was hardware revenue (and even then it was a big miss ...more
