Sure has been lots of dough into this Winkle group and to date not much in the profomance area. Not entirely sure with the capital and resources that has been afforded Winkle by Vsblty if this is a complete lack of fiduciary duty on management. Would management tell you today if their first payment due from Winkle this month has been made or is this latest news item a cover for essentially a dud in the making. Seriously folks, perpetual media is a bit player in advertising on ATM networks, now they're gonna lite things up. If you believe this then fill your boots.
