Dear Victory Square Subscribers,

Happy New Year! We hope you and your family had a happy holiday season and we wish you all a healthy and prosperous 2022!
We achieved a number of significant milestones in 2021:

• Sale of our Argo Blockchain and Limitless VPN holdings, 
• the listing(s) of GameOn (CSE: GET), Fantasy 360 (CSE:VRAR) and Covalent CQT, 
• 3 common share dividends, 
• acquisition of Hydreight and new investments in Creator.co and Stardust Solar, just to name a few

What lies ahead in 2022 is at once familiar and radically new. To borrow from Jeff Bezos, we’re still in a Day One mentality — thinking and acting with speed and dexterity of a startup, because the alternative is stasis and irrelevance. In this respect, 2021 has both validated our existing investment philosophy and opened up new pathways for growth. 
However, one area that we must improve is building a solid, communicative relationship with Victory Square Shareholders. This will help to ensure there is a continuous and mutual understanding of the company objectives as well as shareholders concerns. 
So, as a start, we have decided to host a monthly Q & A webinar with our subscribers to answer any questions, listen to feedback and provide updates.
