one issue is that, like other public traded securities, this is at the whims of the market as much as the next CSE stock. I find this unfortunate personally, as VST tracks the CSE index, yet I consider it better if not much better value than other names on the same index, fundamentally as well as long term, it is my opinion this has what it takes (fundamental undervalued) , and that it's public holdings are 80-90% undervalued as well. VST has a more compelling argument for upside in this space.
When liquidity returns to the CSE across the board, that is anyones guesse , this is something I hope for personally.
