There is a list of all applications and VST has never been on the list. They're not approved

Great news... VST will be raising $4 million in a P.P. and now that that's behind VST, there's no need for the stock to be range bound anymore to complete the pricing of the P.P. So it looks like when the deal closes by Nov. 17th the sales, once announced, will be fulfilled immediately..! Watch her run now..! As far as a director selling recently he was obviously aware of the P.P. coming ...more
