With various outcomes, the name change of the Company is a fantastic move. Changing the name to Concierge Medical Services Inc. is exicting. I am looking forward to the updates, the whole business model may be changing to turn this company around for the better! I am seeing potential here. As per their news release:

A special resolution authorizing a change of name of the Company to "Concierge Medical Services Inc." or such other name as the board of directors of the Company may choose.
