... although greater dilution which isn't good... this is better than staying stagnant at $0.025 to $0.03... the goal here is someone is giving $1M to SCRN for working capital and is willing to pay a 100% premium to the current market SP of $0.025 and the strategy for SCRN is for it to boost the SP to $0.05... will be interesting to see if an insider is stepping up... However, it will take more than this to keep it there... LET'S GO SCREEN PRO!... GOOD START... BUT GET IT DONE WITH MORE BUSINESS AND NO MORE DILUTION!... They should have done p.p instead if giving away shares for companies.. essentially it's the same thing but atleast pp they have money in the bank where giving it away for a company the company might cost more to run long term..
