Rbc and PI have picked up millions or shares throughout the months at these levels
and Now a pp at .03
Thier preparing the fuel at these low levels as much as possible before they (ryu and Korean gang) pump it all the way pass .07 cents
A dump will follow
a R/s and then repeat cycle again
