The one that will be open later, location is 4500 kingsway, that's Crystal Mall, I go there every weekend to do grocery!!!! So when they are open I sure will visit there. Mainly Chinese customers there, they already have many nutrition stores there, so there will be competition, but the human traffic there is huge especially in the weekends, especially on Saturday, it's very hard to find underground free parking. Justera must have something special to attract customers, they cannot be just a regular vitamin stores, they need to do more. I am going to assume they will hire Chinese staffs there. Just my opinion.
