Highly unusual now a days to see a stock close with a bid and ask of "no orders".  Well at least in my travels.  What am I missing here?  Personally I have not seen this situation for a number of years.  Could it have something to do with the name change to WPD for the opening of trading Jan 14?

How this bodes for trading tomorrow is the question?

Any bright bulbs out there that can pass along their thoughts?  Thanking you in advance for your input.
