RE:RE:BIGBIRD, what makes you think they'll get licenced this montI agree EyeScream, but am I mistaken about having to be completely finished construction before licence or do they just have the vault completed? If it's the whole project than it'll take 3-4 like Boris said, but if its licencing upon completion of just the vault than it will be much less...
