And to get to that .50, you need land, money, plan for build out, and late stage acmpr status.  We now have all of those things. We have a busy CEO working behind the scenes working on other deals and no roll back coming.  We can sleep easy at night with this one.

 

That's not true, Newstrike has a $14,000 sq/ft licenced facility and is sitting at .30ish. They hit 50 when they got licenced but then plummeted.
