What he can do though is update shareholders about the progress of the facility or licensing process as those have been previously released. I think my only frustration with the news flow is the orginal release that the building should be completed by end of November and then no news until the forced release saying late Janaury. In my opinion Boris could/should have been more upfront about that. Progress reports are similar to giving guidance in a quarter about revenue. He could also release when everything has been submitted to HC, including video, as that has been talked about but can't speak to when the license could be received.

IR/NR's is a bit tricky, but solid companies handle their information flow in a way to keep shareholders informed. Boris could use a little guidance in this area, but water under the bridge now. Just hope as the late January date approaches he is more open to the market in case there are further delays.
