Be needs to pay Its Partner CBW a lot of money before they even start to make any ... Mmj as 8 million in the bank ..

Fair comment froggy but, even given the irrationality of the pot market in general, which is due to fizzle out eventually, if MMJ is fetching 44 cents per share given its 300,000,000 shares out then shouldn't those peers I mentioned, given that they are in the same industry and subject to the same irrational valuations - shouldn't they be 2x to 10x where they are compared to MMJ?

In other words, if you think a relatively tiny 10,000 sqft unfinished unlicensed facility run by an inept crew is worth $120,000,000 then you'd have to be going absolutely berserk to try to get invested in something like Beleave WITH a license to grow, a pre-sale inspection set, over 6x the sqftage (and much much more being built)  and a competent management team... currently valued at almost $50M LESS than the mess that is Matica.
