In current price per acres (in the area ) the 3M load is 6X normal selling price ! No wonder they leveled the precisous land 2 or 3 times. Lol.


Yup , just like when they spent $750 a square foot to renivate Laval, And what happened to the money they put into Yunify and the Electic Boat company ? Anyone see a pattern here ?
