MMJ lease obligations alone surpass the available capital 1,206 vs 1,032 and that passive jumped from 160K 12/19 to 1,206 k 12/20 ?

You forgot they pay $6000 per month on the Dorval fiasco that sat there doing nothing for so long. That's not a typo - $6000 per month. Then there's the mortgage on the dead Hemmingford play. This crew is seriously messed up.
